AIR FORCE SCHOOL BEGUMPET

ACHIEVEMENTS OF THE SCHOOL 2025 -26

                                       A. ACADEMICS:

                                      School is a temple of learning and therefore academics take precedence over other activities.

                                    Air Force School Begumpet achieved with 100% results in the class X CBSE board examination.

                                        Miss. Punna Ananya stood first with 93.8%, Miss. Harshitha stood 2nd with 91.8% and Miss. Saniya Bhardwaj stood 3rd with 90.8%

                                   15 A1s secured in English while three students namely Punna Ananya, Nida Sehrish and Soumya secured  100/100 in Information Technology

B. SPORTS:

SPORTS ACHIEVEMENTS:-

# Selection for the All India Sports and Athletics Championships was held at Air Force School, Jalahalli. In Intra Command selections 2025, 24 students took part in various sports event from classes 8 TO 10 and won laurels namely, Amulya Vinta Reddy in Chess girls - secured 1st position, Gold medal, B Tejaswee in Athletics 200 m girls - secured 3rd position, Bronze medal and Mannat Pahidhar in Basketball girls - secured 4th position. Out of which 02 students K A Lekhya of Class X and Amulya Vinta Reddy were selected. They moved ahead to Chandigarh 

# In Inter Command 2025 (held at Chandigarh)- (Representing Training command) ---- 

# K A Lekhya of class X in 4×200 m relay race girls secured 2nd position, Silver medal, In Volleyball girls - 5th position and Basketball Girls- 4th position.

# Mannat Pahidhar of class 9th B participated in Sekhon Indian Air Force Marathon held at Air Force School Hakimpet, received Certificate of Excellence.

# Ali Rizvi Ahmed of class 8th B participated in (AIFF) ALL INDIA FOOTBALL FEDERATION in Sub Jr. Nationals from Telangana Team won trophies, medals and certificates. Awarded with Best Player and also in Youth Football Championship achieved 3rd position. 

# Saagar Singh of class X participated in Chess competitions secured trophies and certificates. 

# Misti – II A was felicitated for 1st Place in Freestyle and Kickboard Swimming events. 

# P Mohan – VI B achieved – 1st place in State level and Aarush Naik – IV B, Aarohith – III A achieved 2nd place in Abacus Competition

### AIR FORCE STATION and CBSE ACTIVITIES:

Air Force Station Begumpet has encouraged and enriched the knowledge and experience of our students through various drills and competitions as flashed. 

# Road Safety Week and Safety measures.

# Mrs. Jayashree Banerjee, TGT (Physical Education Teacher) and two students named K A Lekhya & Saniya Bhardwaj were honoured with Blazers which were received from HQTC.

# Air Force Inter School Subroto Mukherjee Cup Football Competition was held among Air Force School Begumpet and Bidar, and won by Air Force School Bidar.

# Students have participated in Air Force Schools Quiz competition and also Online Navy Quiz competition received participation certificates. 

# Students participated in CBSE Clusters in various Sports.

# Master J Sai Aarush of class IV B and Mohan Subramanyam of class VI B –participated in Abacus, State Level achieved – 2nd Rank , 4th Rank

### Additional school activities worth a mention are --

# 10th SPIC MACAY International Convention held at IIT Hyd, five students participated at various cultural events.

# SPIC MACAY Online International Yoga Shivir Workshop was conducted for five days and followed by International Yoga Day Celebration.

### NCC ACHIEVEMENT: -

# The school has successfully completed 04 yrs of NCC. Good exposure was given to the cadets covering various training sessions at ATC VIII camp for 30 Cadets was held at Infant Jesus International School, Shamshabad, Hyd under the guidance of CTO, K Kalyan Kumar, TGT Maths and two cadets had rare opportunity to fly with Commanding Officer and even in firing practices which enhanced their confidence and their shooting skills. Cdt Aanya Ojha, Cdt Aarohi Nanda, Cdt Veda Sahasra, Cdt Shiza Fatima were felicitated for Throwball Competition at NCC Camp and Cdt K Chandrasekhar Reddy was felicitated as a Best Cadet, Cdt Viswesh Chary and Cdt Ananya got the opportunity to fly with Commanding Officer Wg Cdr Prashant Suryvasnshi. ANO K Kalyan Kumar was felicitated with a momento.
